About Source Finders

Janet Schwaab, RN, CMC, ACC, brings many years of experience in the nursing profession to her position as President of Source Finders.

She attended the York Hospital School of Nursing and Temple University in Philadelphia. Her early experience centered around primary nursing, health occupations education, and long-term care.

Her career in the healthcare industry spans a spectrum of experience from program developer for senior programs, discharge planning, implementation of the DRG system to Director of Nursing for home care agencies located in Washington D.C. and the Virgin Islands.

She has had five years experience working with a national case management company where she was a recognized expert in the case management of catastrophic illness and chronic illness and disability management services.

Janet is certified by the American Association of Continuity of Care and is a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America. She is also credentialed as a certified care manager (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Deborah Barfield, RNC, BHS, CMC, RGNGF, brings an extensive background of geriatric nursing experience to her position as Vice President of Source Finders. She has a bachelor's degree in health administrative services from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received her associate's degree in nursing from Miami Dade Community College.

Deborah  is a certified gerontological nurse, professional guardian, and assisted living and extended congregate care administrator. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is credentialed as a certified care manager (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.
